Director Profile

Prior to creating LONER, I worked as a game programmer with a strong desire to develop a game that reflected my personal style. Originally, I conceived LONER as a 3D version of "Flappy Bird" with a unique perspective. However, during the production process, I stumbled upon the concept of quiet loneliness portrayed in the gameplay. As someone greatly influenced by literary and artistic works, I found the theme of solitude intriguing. Since there are few games on the market that explore this feeling, I decided to make it the central focus of LONER. As an aspiring artist, I recognized the challenges of creating detailed characters and environments within tight time constraints. Therefore, I drew inspiration from the art style of "2001: A Space Odyssey" to create an evocative atmosphere in LONER, where the entire scene can be transformed as needed.
